The Zaoyeo tricycle shares a similar exterior structure to other electric tricycles, though it notably features a stainless steel body. Type 202 stainless steel exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, offering corrosion protection and rust prevention. When polished, it presents a surface free of bubbles or pinholes, rendering it more durable than the original high-carbon steel frame.
This vehicle features a robust double-deck chassis construction, offering high strength, durability and safety. Its monocoque stamped body panels incorporate reinforced ribs, enabling greater cargo capacity. The front is fitted with an integrated wind deflector incorporating a moulded bumper, delivering both safety and comfort.
To facilitate night-time driving, the vehicle is equipped with diamond-pattern LED headlamps, which offer low power consumption, high brightness, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and extended service life. Additionally, it features integrated left and right turn signals and rear combination lamps, providing comprehensive safety for the driver during all journeys.
Additionally, the vehicle features a premium intelligent classic analogue instrument cluster with a straightforward interface that displays real-time driving data, keeping the driver fully informed. It is equipped with mould-resistant seat cushions featuring a plastic base plate and thickened soft padding, complemented by a rear backrest to prevent mould growth and bacterial proliferation.
In terms of power performance, the vehicle features an independently developed 800W energy-efficient motor. While the power output is not particularly robust, it proves more than adequate for everyday use. It can reach a top speed of 35 kilometres per hour and is equipped with a high-capacity battery, delivering a range of approximately 120 kilometres. This fulfils the requirements for daily short-distance transportation.
In terms of details, the vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic shock-absorbing front fork and a rear 5-layer leaf spring steel plate, which can carry heavier loads. Even when pulling 1000 pounds, it can travel smoothly. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with front and rear drum brakes and 12-inch vacuum tires, providing excellent braking performance and strong adaptability, allowing it to travel on various complex road sections.
